Michael Kaufman, MS
Michael joined the Helbig lab as a Data Scientist in April of 2020. He brings with him a background from his previous work experience in marketing and data analysis. Michael has a BA in Cognitive Science from Vassar College and an MS in Data Science from Drexel University. Michael is passionate about data and how it can be used to understand and improve the world. At the Lab, Michael has worked on a variety of projects including those related to telemedicine, EMR genomics and phenotypic analysis. In his spare time, Michael enjoys baking, writing music and weight-lifting (to work off all the baked goods).
